| 网果酸模(地方称金不换)在我国主要分布在湖北、河北、河南、浙江及安徽等地,分布广泛,资源丰富。具有清热解毒,破瘀生新,消肿痛,止血等功效,是一种极具开发和利用价值的草药。目前,其单味药或复方在临床应用治疗消化道出血、幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性胃炎、消化性溃疡、十二指肠球部溃疡等均取得了较好的疗效,尤其是治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性胃炎效果显著。但其治疗胃肠疾病的作用机制尚不明确,临床制剂工艺有待进一步优化,缺乏质量控制标准。本文通过文献检索,对网果酸模生药学特征、化学成分、质量研究、药理作用和临床应用进行总结归纳,并对其治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性胃炎进行展望,以期为网果酸模开发和应用提供参考。 |

| The Rumex chalepensis Mill (Place called Jin buhuan) in China is widely distributed in Hubei, Hebei, Henan, Zhejiang and Anhui and other places, is rich in resources. It has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, breaking blood stasis, producing new, swelling pain, stopping bleeding and so on. It is a kind of herb with great development and utilization value. At present, the single drug or compound in clinical application in treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding and related gastritis and Helicobacter pylori infection in peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer has better curative effect, especially significant in treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastritis effect. However, the mechanism of its treatment for gastrointestinal diseases is not clear, the clinical preparation process needs to be further optimized, besides there is no quality control standards. Therefore, through the literature search, the pharmacognosy characteristics, chemical composition, quality research, pharmacological effects and clinical application of Rumex chalepensis were summarized, and the relevant gastritis for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection was prospected, with a view to the development of Rumex chalepensis. And applications for reference. |
