      [] 目的:通过固相微萃取气质联用分析(SPME-GC-MS)探讨三子养亲汤方中分别以生、炒饮片组方后挥发性成分的差异。方法:通过顶空固相微萃取提取生、炒饮片组方的三子养亲汤挥发性成分和方中单味药生、炒饮片的挥发性成分,运用GC-MS技术,对挥发性成分进行分析,比较其差异。结果:从三子养亲汤生、炒饮片组方挥发性成分中分别鉴定出化合物29,46种。芥子、炒芥子、莱菔子、炒莱菔子、苏子、炒苏子挥发性成分中分别鉴定出化合物39,54,36,52,48,45种。三子养亲汤分别以生、制饮片组方的挥发性成分差异较大,尤其是异硫氰酸酯类成分变化明显,三子养亲汤分别以生、炒饮片组方的异硫氰酸烯丙酯含量为80.1% 和10.6%,生、炒芥子异硫氰酸烯丙酯含量分别为88.9% 和36.9%。莱菔子、紫苏子炮制前后的异硫氰酸酯类物质也存在同样的变化趋势。炒制饮片组方中的β-律草烯、2-丁基-2-辛烯醛、2,5-二甲基-3-乙基吡嗪、反-2-辛烯醛、2-庚烯醛等成分在单味药炒制品中未检测到,而炒芥子中的薄荷酮等成分在炒品饮片组方的三子养亲汤中也未检测到,推测三药合煎与分煎的挥发性成分存在差异。结论:三子养亲汤方中分别以生、炒饮片组方后挥发性成分的差异,在临床使用时,应以炒制饮片组方后合煎使用。

      Objective:AnalyseSthe volatile components of Sanziyangqintang formulas of raw and processde herbal by SPME-GC-MS. Methods: extract the volatile components of Sanziyangqintang made up of raw and processed herbal, both he volatile components of the herbal, analyze the volatile constituents by GC-MS.Results: It identified 29 and 46 compounds from Sanziyangqintang made up of raw and processed herbal, 39 and 54 compounds from raw and processed Sinapis Semen, 36 and 52 compounds from raw and processed Raphani Semen, 48 and 45 compounds from raw and processed Perillae Fructus. The volatile components of Sanziyangqintang made up of raw and processed herbal is different, the content of allyl isothiocyanate is 80.1% and 10.6%.The content of allyl isothiocyanate in raw and processed Sinapis Semen is 88.9% and 36.9%.Raw and processed Sinapis Semenhad, raw processed Perillae Fructus had the same rule. β-cyclohexene in Sanziyangqintang made up of processed herbal is not detected in Sanziyangqintang made up of raw herbal.Menthone in processed Sinapis Semen is not detected in Sanziyangqintang made up of processed herbal. It speculate that chemical components are different between single frying and combined decoction of the herbal in Sanziyangqintang. Conclusion: The volatile components of Sanziyangqintang made up of raw and processed herbal is different ,the herbal should be processed and combined decocted.
