| 八味沉香散作为传统藏药复方其是由沉香、肉豆蔻、广枣、木香、乳香、诃子、木棉花、石灰华8味藏药组成,是治疗急慢性心脑血管系统疾病的常用藏药之一,比如心肌缺血,心绞痛,冠心病等,是在藏区临床应用广泛的藏成药之一。该文对藏药八味沉香散其单味药的有效成分进行了简单介绍,从而对藏药八味沉香散的全方有效成分进行进一步分析；并对其主治功能和近年来国内学者对此药药理作用的研究成果等方面进行了综述,展望了藏药八味沉香散在研究方面需更深一步讨论的问题。 |

| As a traditional Tibetan medicine compound, Bawei Shenxiang Powder is composed of agarwood, nutmeg, jujube, woody, frankincense, hazelnut, kapok, and travertine. It is commonly used to treat acute and chronic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. One of Tibetan medicines, such as myocardial ischemia, angina pectoris, coronary heart disease, etc., is one of the widely used Tibetan medicines in Tibetan areas. This article briefly introduces the active ingredients of Tibetan medicine Bawei Shenxiang San, and then analyzes the active ingredients of Tibetan medicine Bawei Shenxiang Powder. The research results of pharmacological effects were reviewed, and the problems that need to be further discussed in the research of Tibetan medicine Bawei Shenxiang scattered were prospected. |
