目的 提升维吾尔药材睡莲花质量控制标准。方法 依据2015版《中国药典》对睡莲花显微特征,水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和醇溶性浸出物含量进行检测。并新建睡莲花TLC和HPLC检测方法。结果 睡莲花花苞显微切片形态特征明显,粉末中特征细胞形态清楚;TLC图谱斑点清晰,Rf值与标准品一致;没食子酸在0.015~1.0 μg之间,与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=1),精密度实验RSD=0.4072%, 平均加样回收率98.53%(RSD=1.98%, n=6)。结论 该研究补充了睡莲花花苞切片的鉴别,新建了睡莲花的TLC鉴别方法,优化了睡莲花中没食子酸的HPLC检测方法,为睡莲花成药奠定了基础。 |

Objective To improve the quality standards of Nymphaea candida Presl. Method The microscopic characteristics and contents of the mositure, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and ethanol-soluble?extractives?were determind with methods in Chinese?Pharmacopoeia?(edition?2015). More over, the TLC and HPLC methods were builted for testing the gallic acid of Nymphaea presl. Result Our rearch showed a distinct buds slice of Nymphaea pres, in addition, the micro-identity to powder samples gave a clear characteristics of cells. The TLC images of gallic acid in Nymphaea pres were clear and well separated. The gallic acid showed a good linear relationship with chromatographic peak area between 1.561 and 50.0 μg (r=1). RSDs of precision test was 0.4072 %, while the average recovery rate was 104.56% (RSD=0.89%, n=6). Conclution Our study reinforced the slice micro-identity of buds,and detected gallic acid content by a newly TLC and HPLC methods. Thus, the?potential?druggability was supply by this study. |
