      为研究瓜蒌子在贵州遵义地区引种栽培的可行性,本研究分析比较了浙江绍兴的4种瓜蒌子引种栽培于贵州遵义后的质量。结果显示:4种引种瓜蒌子的栝楼仁三醇、总蛋白、脂肪、多糖的含量及千粒重较原产地均有不同程度的变化。并根据结果综合优选出2号种子,进一步检测其微量元素及重金属含量,结果表明引种地的2号种子微量元素含量更高,重金属含量更低。说明2号瓜蒌子更适宜在贵州遵义开展大范围的引种栽培。

      In order to study the feasibility of the introduction and cultivation of Trichosanthis semen in Zunyi city, this paper analyzed the quality of 4 species of Trichosanthis semen from Shaoxing of Zhejiang, after being introduced into Zunyi of Guizhou. The results show that the contents of 3,29-dibenzoyl rarounitriol, total protein, lipids, polysaccharides and 1000-grain weight of introducing and cultivating of Trichosanthis semen from Zunyi is different from the contents of Shaoxing. Based on the results, the No.2 seeds were selected and the trace elements、heavy metals were further examined. The results showed that the content of trace elements in No.2 seeds from Zunyi was higher and the content of heavy metals was lower. It indicated that No.2 Trichosanthis semen was more suitable for carrying out a wide range of introduction and cultivation in Zunyi of Guizhou Province.
