| 独活寄生汤由独活、细辛、防风、秦艽、肉桂心、桑寄生、杜仲、牛膝、干地黄、当归、芍药、川芎、人参、茯苓、甘草15味药组成。孙思邈的《备急千金要方》中云：“治腰背痛，独活寄生汤。夫腰背痛者，皆犹肾气虚弱，卧冷湿地当风得也，不时速治，喜流入脚膝，为偏枯冷痹缓弱疼痛，或腰痛挛脚重痹，宜急服此方。”现代常用独活寄生汤治疗类风湿性关节炎、骨质疏松、腰腿疼痛等病外，还应用于其他疾病如泄泻、痞满、糖尿病周围神经病变、雷诺病、过敏性鼻炎、慢性肾炎等多种疾病而证属肝肾亏虚、气血不足者,【1】 且疗效显著，现特举例如下。 |

| Duhuojisheng Decoction is a common prescription for treating chronic Arthralgia and two deficiency of liver and kidney and deficiency of Qi and blood.. It was first published in the "preparation for emergency Qian Jin Yao Fang", which is highly recommended by doctors in all dynasties and is widely used in clinical practice. This article takes three cases as a guide, and gives a brief account of the author''s experience so as to provide reference for clinical application of the decoction of Angelica pubescens. |
