      摘要: 目的 为毛果算盘子药材的定性分析提供科学依据。方法 以水、无水乙醇、乙酸乙酯及石油醚为溶剂分别进行回流提取、超声提取、浸渍提取,对提取液进行紫外—可见光谱法分析。结果 四种溶剂提取液的紫外可见光谱均有特征,水和无水乙醇的特征吸收峰相似,乙酸乙酯和石油醚各提取液的特征吸收峰较多、较强。结论 本研究可为毛果算盘子鉴别和成分分析提供辅助依据。

      Abstract: Objective To establish qualitative identification methods for the Glochidion.eriocapum Champ.ex Benth. Methods The Glochidion.eriocapum Champ.ex Benth were identified by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy with water,ethanol absolute,ethyl acetate and petroleum ether as solvent by reflux extraction, ultrasonic extraction and impregnation were carried out respectively. Results The four solvents have ultraviolet-visible spectra features. The characteristic absorption peaks of ethanol absolute and water were similar, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether were stronger and stronger. Conclusion This research has found an auxiliary method to identify and component analysis Glochidion.eriocapum Champ.ex Benth by the characteristic peak in UV-visible spectrum.
