| 文章总结了全世建教授治疗糖尿病肾病的经验。病因病机上,全教授认为糖尿病肾病之本为脾肾阳虚,标为水湿、瘀血、浊毒并存。治法治则上,根据《内经》“复方”原则,温补脾肾之阳治本,利水渗湿、活血化瘀、化浊排毒三法合用治标。谴方用药上,针对该病本虚标实的复杂病机特点,采用“复方”治疗,将真武汤、黄芪六一汤、抵挡汤等合方配伍运用。 |

| The paper summarizes professor QUAN Shi-jian"s experience of treating diabetic nephropathy. He proposes that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney with water retention, blood stasis and toxin originating. According to the “TCM compound”principle in Inner Canon of Huangdi, professor QUAN advocates that it should be given to warming spleen and kidney yang, and supplemented with removing dampness, promoting blood circulation and expelling of toxin. As the pathogenesis isScharacterizedSby asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality,he commonly uses “TCM compound”, including Zhenwu Tang, Huangqiliuyi Tang and Didang Tang. |
