| 目的：观察药线点灸联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法：将纳入的60例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,对照组予泛昔洛韦片口服治疗,治疗组予外用药线点灸联合泛昔洛韦篇口服治疗,均治疗7天,并在治疗后1周、2月进行随访。结果：治疗组的止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间均明显短于对照组, 治疗组后遗神经痛的发生率低于对照组,治疗组的疗效优于对照组,两组比较均有明显差异(P＜0.05)。结论：药线点灸联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效好,并能明显减少后遗神经痛的发生率,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of herbalstring moxibustion combined with famciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods: Sixty patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with famciclovir tablets orally. The treatment group was treated with herbalstring moxibustion combined with famciclovir for 7 days. Follow-up measurements were taken after the treatment.Results: The analgesic time, blistering time and scarring time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group. The incidence of postoperative neuralgia in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. The treatment group worked better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Herbalstring moxibustion combined with famciclovir is effective in the treatment of herpes zoster, the combination can significantly reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
