| 目的：观察启宫丸方联合穴位埋线及西药对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(polycysticovarysyndrome,PCOS)的临床疗效。方法：本研究选取40例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者作为研究对象，并通过随机分配的方式分为观察组与对照组。观察组采用启宫丸方配西药合穴位埋线及西药的综合治疗方案，而对照组则采用传统的西医治疗手段。对比分析两组在治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、LH/FSH比值、睾酮水平、排卵状况以及中医症状评分等指标。结果：经过治疗后的数据对比显示，观察组在体重指数(BMI)、促黄体生成素与促卵泡生成素比值(LH/FSH)、睾酮浓度等方面均呈现出明显的改善趋势(P<0.05),并且在排卵情况、中医症候评分上也都明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：启宫丸方联合穴位埋线及西药治疗肥胖型PCOS能有效改善患者体重指数(BMI)、LH/FSH值、T值、中医证候积分等指标，能提高排卵率，疗效显著。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qigong Pill combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) . Methods In this study , 40 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome , PCOS) were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group . The ob- servation group was treated with a comprehensive treatment plan of Qigong Pill combined with acupoint catgut embedding and Western medicine , while the control group was treated with traditional Western medicine . The body mass index (BMI) , LH/FSH ratio , testos- terone level , ovulation status , and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups of patients were compared and ana- lyzed before and after treatment. Results The data comparison after treatment showed that the observation group had obvious improve- ment trends in body mass index (BMI) , luteinizing hormone to follicle - stimulating hormone ratio (LH/FSH) , testosterone concen- tration , and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores ( P < 0. 05) , and the ovulation situation was also significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Qigong Pill combined with acupoint catgut embedding and Western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of obese PCOS . It can effectively improve the patient’sbody mass index (BMI) , LH/FSH value , T value , traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral and other indicators , and can increase the ovulation rate . |
