| 目的：对自拟扶阳通秘汤治疗脾肾阳虚型IBS-C患者的临床效果展开研究。方法：挑选72例IBS-C（脾肾阳虚型）患者，随机分成对照组(36例）与观察组(36例），对照组单独使用济川煎口服，观察组单独使用扶阳通秘汤口服，治疗时长14d。对比两组治疗前后的中医症候积分、IBS-QOL生活质量量表评分、中远期疗效及不良反应状况。结果：对照组和观察组在治疗后大便干结、排便困难、腹痛、小便清长、四肢不温、面色白等症状的单项积分与总分都有所降低(P<0.001)；观察组在治疗4周后症状积分的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.001),两组患者IBS-QOL生活质量表评分均有提升，且观察组生活质量积分的改善程度显著高于对照组(P<0.001)；在停药6周后对两组治疗有效的患者进行随访，对照组总有效率为80.56%,观察组总有效率达94.00%(P<0.05)；两组在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论：扶阳通秘汤用于治疗IBS-C（脾肾阳虚型）的患者，具有良好的临床疗效。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuyang Tongmi Decoction in treating IBS - C patients with Spleen - kid- ney Yang Deficiency Type. Methods Seventy - two patients suffering from IBS - C (Spleen - kidney Yang Deficiency Type) were se- lected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group , with 36 patients in each. The control group was given Ji- chuan Decoction , and the treatment group received Fuyang Tongmi Decoction , and Both groups were treated for 14 days. The patients were compared before and after treatment in terms of Scores of the traditional Chinese medicine pattern curative effect scoring system (TCM - PES) , symptom curative effect , the IBS quality of life questionnaire ( IBS - QOL) , and adverse reactions. Results After treatment , the individual item scores and total scores such as dry stool , difficult defecation , abdominal pain , clear long urine , cold limbs , and pale complexion all decreased in both groups. After 4 weeks of treatment , the improvement degree of symptom scores in the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P < 0. 001) . The IBS - QOL scores of both groups increased , and the im- provement of IBS - QOL scores in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P < 0. 001) . After 6 weeks of drug cessation and follow - up of patients with effective treatment in both groups , the total effective rate of patients in the con- trol group was 80. 56% , and the total effective rate of patients in the treatment group reached 94. 00% (P < 0. 05) . There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment process. Conclusion Fuyang Tongmi Decoction has a good clinical effect on IBS - C patients of Spleen - kidney Yang Deficiency Type. |
