| 中医扶正培元治疗肿瘤的思想源远流长，肿瘤基本病机为本虚标实，吴煜教授认为补肾益元是扶正抗癌的首要治则，其将肿瘤病程大致分为元气先损未衰、元气衰少、元气衰亡三个阶段，并将补肾益元贯穿治疗始终。补肾益元之法分为健脾益肾、滋肾养元、温肾固元基本的3个方面，同时注重顾护五脏本元，注重气阴双补、脾肾同补、阴阳双补等法相合为用，临床疗效肯定，值得进一步深入研究。 |

| The concept of traditional Chinese medicine’streatment of tumors with supporting vital Qi and cultivating the Yuan Qi has a long history. The tumor is formed on the condition that the vital Qi is insufficient and the evil Qi is surplus . Professor WU Yu believes that tonifying the kidney and cultivating the Yuan Qi are the primary treatment principles for the treatment of tumors . The course of tumors can be roughly divided into three stages : the loss of Yuan Qi , the decline of Yuan Qi , and the exhaustion of Yuan Qi . Tonifying the kidney and cultivating the Yuan Qi are integrated throughout the treatment process . The methods of tonifying the kid- ney and cultivating Yuan Qi can be divided into three basic aspects : strengthening the spleen for benefiting the kidney , nourishing the kidney for nourishing Yuan Qi , and warming the kidney for strengthening Yuan Qi . At the same time , attention should be paid to the care of the five zang - organs , supplementing both Qi and Yin , treating both the spleen and kidney , and nourishing both Yin and Yang. The clinical efficacy is affirmed and worthy of further in - depth research . |
