| 感冒在临床治疗上存在起病急骤 、证型复杂 、易因地域气候特点传变等问题 ， 中医药治疗具有辨证精准、因人施治的优势。文章总结了吴宗柏教授治疗感冒的临证经验 ，吴宗柏教授认为感冒病因以风邪挟寒 、热 、暑湿侵袭肺卫为主 ，云南高海拔地区昼夜温差大 、雨季湿重 ，易致表邪兼夹湿浊 ，故治疗强调 “三因制宜 ”，尤重祛湿透邪与固护正气相结合 ；其辨证分型严谨 ，善用古方加减 ，并灵活化裁滇南道地药材以增强疗效。文章通过系统梳理吴宗柏教授辨治思路及典型医案 ， 以期为感冒的诊治提供参考。 |

| Cold has problems such as sudden onset , complex syndrome types , and susceptibility to changes due to regional cli- mate characteristics in clinical treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has the advantages of precise diagnosis and individu- alized treatment. The articlesummarizes Professor Wu Zongbai’sclinical experience in treating colds . Wu believes that the main cause of colds is the invasion of wind pathogens with cold , heat , and summer dampness into the lung and respiratory system. In high - alti- tude areas of Yunnan , there is a large temperature difference between day and night , and heavy humidity during the rainy season , which can easily lead to surface pathogens and dampness turbidity. Therefore , the treatment emphasizes the combination of “three fac- tors and appropriate treatment ”, with a particular emphasis on eliminating dampness and dampness , and consolidating and protecting the positive qi . Its dialectical classification is rigorous , making good use of ancient formulas with modifications , and flexibly tailoring medicinal materials from southern Yunnan to enhance therapeutic effects . This article systematically sorts out Professor Wu’sdiagnosis and treatment ideas and typical medical cases , in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of colds . |
