| 目前多系统萎缩作为神经变性疾病，尚无特效治疗方法。吴远华教授深耕中医脑病二十余年，临证经验丰富。吴远华教授认为本病多为天癸将竭，元阳渐颓，命门火衰，生化之气不足所致，且随着病程日久，可损及肝、脾等脏，甚至阳损及阴，出现肝肾阴虚，水不涵木之证。故临证应把握主要病机，以温补命门之火为治疗本病的基本治法，根据变证，兼以益脾、平肝、滋肾，随证辨治，临床疗效满意。 |

| At present , multiple system atrophy , as a neurodegenerative disease , lacks specific effective treatments . Professor Wu Yuanhua has been deeply engaged in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicinefor brain disorders for over twenty years , accumulating rich clinical experience . Professor Wu believes that this disease is mostly caused by the exhaustion of Tian Gui , the gradual decline of primordial Yang , the weakening of the life gate fire , and insufficient vital energy. As the disease progresses , it may damage the liver , spleen , and other organs , and may even lead to Yin deficiency due to Yang damage , resulting in syndromes such as liver and kidney Yin deficiency and water failing to nourish wood . Therefore , in clinical practice , it is essential to grasp the main pathogenesis and a- dopt the method of warming and replenishing the life gate fire as the fundamental treatment for this disease . Depending on the variations in the syndrome , treatments may also include benefiting the spleen , calming the liver , and nourishing the kidney , with satisfactory clinical efficacy. |
