| 高位肛瘘被称为“良性的癌症”，如何在处理瘘管、治愈疾病的同时尽可能地保护肛门功能是临床医生在诊疗过程中一直关注的。丁氏痔科在继承中医传统挂线特色的基础上，结合临床经验进行改革创新，提出了丁氏挂线疗法。其中包括低位切开高位虚挂引流术、中位挂线法、括约肌间沟挂线法、定向挂线法、半实挂线法等，根据患者的病情特征选择不同的手术方案，做到“拔根塞源，护肛温存”。近年来丁氏痔科在挂线方式、紧线时机及挂线材料的改良等方面都做出了研究创新，在临床取得了一定的疗效。 |

| High fistula is known as ‘benign cancer ’, how to deal with fistula , cure the disease at the same time as far as possible to protect the function of the anus is the clinicianconcerned . Ding’sAnorectal Medicine in the inheritance of traditional Chinese medi- cine hanging line based on the characteristics , combined with clinical experience for reform and innovation , put forward Ding’shanging wire therapy. It includes low incision and high virtual hanging drainage , intermediate hanging method , inter - sphincter groove hanging method , directional hanging method , semi - substantial hanging method , etc . According to the patient’scondition characteristics of the choice of different surgical programs , so as to achieve the ‘pull out the roots and plug the source , protect the function of anus ’. In re- cent years , Ding’sAnorectal Medicine has made research and innovation in the way of hanging thread , the timing of tightening threads and the improvement of the material uesd for hanging threads , which has achieved certain clinical efficacy. |
