| 腰背肌筋膜炎是临床常见的软组织损伤性疾病 ， 目前临床治疗多以口服或外用镇痛药物为主 ，但口服药物易引发肝肾功能损伤等不良反应 ，外用药物疗效持续时间较短 ，临床应用存在一定局限性。 中医外治法因具有安全 、高效 、不良反应少等优势 ，在该病治疗中备受关注。文章通过系统梳理近年相关文献 ，从病因病机及针刺 、中药外用 、推拿手法 、灸法 、刺络放血 、训练疗法 、拔罐 、穴位埋线 、其他疗法 、综合疗法等进行综述 ， 旨在为中医外治法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床应用 、推广及相关研究的深入开展提供参考依据。 |

| Low back myofascitis is a common clinical soft tissue injury disease . Currently , clinical treatment mainly relies on oral or topical analgesic drugs . However , oral drugs are prone to adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function damage , while topical drugs have a short duration of efficacy , resulting in certain limitations in clinical application. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ex- ternal therapy has attracted much attention in the treatment of this disease due to its advantages of safety , high efficiency , and few ad- verse reactions . By systematically sorting out relevant literature in recent years , this article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of low back myofascitis , as well as TCM external therapies including acupuncture , external application of Chinese materia medica , tuina ma- nipulation , moxibustion , pricking blood therapy , training therapy , cupping , acupoint catgut embedding , other therapies , and compre- hensive therapy. The purpose is to provide a reference basis for the clinical application , popularization , and in - depth development of relevant research on TCM external therapy for low back myofascitis . |
