| 目的:建立雪松松针的质量标准,并评价其质量。方法:取雪松松针药材样品,参照《中华人民共和国药典》相关项下方法进行鉴别和检查,采用UV法和RP-HPLC法分别测定总黄酮和莽草酸的含量。同时测定10批雪松松针的HPLC指纹图谱,进行相似度分析,再通过聚类分析和熵权法对其质量进行综合评价。结果:雪松松针药材呈针形,其横切面呈类圆形,显微镜下可见气孔、树脂道、维管束等,TLC图斑点清晰。根据10批雪松松针粉末各指标测定结果,初步拟定雪松松针药材中水分和总灰分分别不得过7.49%、4.28%,其水溶性浸出物、总黄酮及莽草酸的含量分别不少于23.45%、3.81%、1.66%。相似度分析结果显示,10批雪松松针粉末与对照图谱的相似度均在0.910以上;聚类分析结果显示,10批雪松松针药材可分为3类(度量距离为3);熵权法分析结果显示,S1、S3及S5评分排前品质好。结论:该研究初步拟定了雪松松针药材中水分、总灰分、水溶性浸出物、总黄酮及莽草酸的含量的限度;所建质量标准可用于雪松松针的质量评价,为进一步综合利用雪松松针资源及开发相关产品提供科学依据。 |

| Objective To establish the quality standard from pine needles of Pinus Deodara , and to evaluate its quality. Methods Sample of the medicinal material Pinus deodara (Roxb. ex D. Don) G. Don was collected , and identification and inspection were per- formed with reference to the methods specified under the relevant items in the Pharmacopoeia of thePeople ’sRepublic of China. The contents of total flavones was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The contents of shikimic acid were determined by HPLC. The HPLC fingerprint spectra of 10 batches of cedar needles were simultaneously determined , similarity analysis , cluster analysis and en- tropymethod were used to evaluate the quality of medicinal material comprehensively. Results The pine needles of Pinus Deodara were needle - shaped. The cross section was like round. The stomata , resin canal , vascular bundle , etc could be seen under the micro- scope. TLC showed the spots developed clearly. Based on the determination results of various indicators of the 10 batches of samples , it was preliminarily proposed that the water content in the sample from pine needles of Pinus Deodara should not exceed 7. 49% , the total ash content should not exceed 4. 28% , the water - soluble extract , total flavones content and shikimic acid content should not be less than 23 . 45% , 3 . 81% , and 1 . 66% , respectively. The results of similarity analysis showed that the similarity of 10 batches of samples were above 0. 910 ; The results of cluster analysis showed that the 10 batches of samples could be divided into three catego- ries ; the result of entropy method showed that the samples with high - quality ranking were S1 , S3 and S5 . Conclusions In this study , the limits of moisture , total ash , water - soluble extract , total flavones and shikimic acid from pine needles of Pinus Deodara are preliminarily determined. The quality standards established in this paper can be used for the quality evaluation of the cedar pine nee- dles , providing a scientific basis for the further comprehensive utilization of the cedar pine needle resources and the development of re- lated products. |
