| 肠易激综合征作为临床上常见的慢性胃肠道功能紊乱性疾病 ，严重影响着患者的生活质量。相火为人体内周流循环的阳性能量物质 ，乃立命之本 ，脾胃功能的正常维系有赖于相火的作用。便秘型肠易激综合征病位在肠 ，与脾胃密切相关 ，结合相火失位 、亢盛 、虚衰三种不同的病理状态 ，认为与相火生变相关的 “龙火僭越 ，肇基不固 ” “肝郁胆逆 ，端始失启 ” “三焦郁滞 ，釜废径荒 ”是便秘型肠易激综合征的发病基础。针对相火的异变状态 ，采用引火归元 、疏肝敛胆 、疏利三焦等治法 ，使得相火动而中节 ，脏腑阴阳平和 ， 以尽快缓解便秘型肠易激综合征的症状 ，减少发作次数。 |

| Irritable bowel syndrome , as a common chronic gastrointestinal disorder in clinical practice , seriously affects the quali- ty of life of patients . Xianghuo is a positive energy substance circulating in the human body , which is the foundation of life . The normal maintenance of spleen and stomach function depends on the action of Xianghuo . Constipation type irritable bowel syndrome is located in the intestine and is closely related to the spleen and stomach . Based on the three different pathological states of phase fire displace- ment , hyperactivity , and deficiency , it is believed that the “dragon fire usurpation , unstable origin ”, “liver depression and gallblad- der reflux , terminal loss of opening”, “three burner stagnation , and waste of vessel and diameter”related to phase fire generation are the basis of the onset of constipation type irritable bowel syndrome . In response to the abnormal state of Xianghuo , treatment methods such as inducing fire to return to its original state , soothing the liver and gallbladder , and regulating the three burners are adopted to make Xianghuo move to the middle section , balance the yin and yang of the organs , and relieve the symptoms of constipation type irri- table bowel syndrome as soon as possible , reducing the frequency of attacks . |
