| 咳嗽变异性哮喘以慢性、反复性、刺激性咳嗽为主要表现，是临床常见的非典型性哮喘，西医多用糖皮质激素及支气管扩张剂治疗，但易反复发作。咳嗽变异性哮喘在中医无系统论述，根据其临床表现，将其归于“风咳”范畴，多认为肺气宣肃失常，肺气上逆而发为咳嗽。肝肺相关理论是中医学理论中的重要组成部分，肝肺从五行生克、经络互通、气机升降、气血调和等方面相互联系、相互影响。文章基于肝肺间生理病理联系，对肝肺相关论治咳嗽变异性哮喘理论进行叙述，并附验案一则，对相关理论加以佐证。 |

| Coughvariant asthma is characterized by chronic , recurrent , and irritative cough , making it a common atypical form of asthma in clinical practice . Western medicine often treats it with glucocorticoids and bronchodilators , but the condition tends to re- cur. In traditional Chinese medicine , there is no systematic discussion of coughvariant asthma. Based on its clinical manifestations , it is categorized under the “wind cough ”spectrum , often attributed to the normal dispersal and descent of lung qi , leading to lung qi reversal and the onset of cough . The theory of liver - lung correlation is a significant component oftraditional Chinese medicine , where the liver and lung are interconnected and influence each other through aspects such asfive elements interaction , meridian interconnec- tion , qi movement and balance , andharmony of qi and blood . This paper elaborates on the theory of treating coughvariant asthma from the perspective of liver - lung correlation , based on their physiological and pathological interconnections , and includes a case study to substantiate the related theoretical insights . |
