| 甲状腺结节是临床中常见的内分泌疾病，目前西医对甲状腺结节尚无特效药物，多采用定期随诊。张英主任认为甲状腺结节发病与生活习惯、情志内伤、饮食不节、体质因素密切相关，结节的形成多因气郁、痰阻、血瘀所致，治宜理气化痰、活血化瘀、消瘿散结。其通过分析甲状腺的解剖位置与其对应经络，将解剖与经络相结合，创新性的运用针刀治疗甲状腺结节，在一定程度上防止或减缓结节恶变，为临床治疗良性甲状腺结节提供有效方法。并附验案1则，以资佐证。 |

| Thyroid nodule is a common endocrine disease in clinical practice . At present , there is no specific drug for thyroid nodule , and regular follow - up is mostly used. Doctor Zhang Ying believes that the onset of thyroid nodules is closely related to lifes- tyle habits , emotional internal injuries , and physical factors . The formation of nodules is often caused by qi stagnation , phlegm ob- struction , and blood stasis . Treatment should focus on regulating qi and phlegm , promoting blood circulation and removing stasis , and dispersing galls and nodules . By analyzing the anatomical position of the thyroid gland with its corresponding meridians , and com- bining the anatomy with the meridians , she innovatively used the acupotomy to treat thyroid nodules , to prevent or slow down the ma- lignant changes of nodules to a certain extent , and to provide effective methods for the clinical treatment of benign thyroid nodules . And attach one verification case as evidence . |
