| 文章介绍郭永红教授基于脾肾互济理论治疗气虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的遣方用药经验。郭永红教授认为，气虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的病机在于久病气虚，体内气血运行不畅，血脉瘀滞。脾肾互济为郭永红教授临证治疗气虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的特色，通过补益脾、肾之气，脾肾互济，推动体内气血运行，通利血脉，化瘀生新，以缓解腰部疼痛，改善下肢乏力症状。 |

| The purpose of this article is to introduce the experience of Professor Guo Yonghong , in treating lumbar disc herniation with qi deficiency and blood stasis based on the theory of mutual aid between spleen and kidney. Professor Guo Yonghong believes that the pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation with qi deficiency and blood stasis lies in the deficiency of qi in the body after a long illness , which can not make qi and blood flow smoothly in the body , thus leading to blood stasis . The theory of mutual aid between spleen and kidney is the characteristic of Professor Guo Yonghong,s clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation with qi deficiency and blood stasis . By nourishing the qi of spleen and kidney and mutual aid between spleen and kidney , the disease can be treated by promoting the circulation of qi and blood in the body , dredging blood vessels , removing blood stasis and promoting regeneration , and relieving waist pain and improving the symptoms of lower limb fatigue . |
