| 麦冬药理作用广泛，是养阴润肺常用中药。随着麦冬市场需求量的增加，麦冬的掺伪或是混用情况日益严重。目前，市场上麦冬的混淆品种较多，因此加强麦冬的鉴定方法研究，对保障麦冬的药材质量和用药安全具有重要意义。文章从麦冬的性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定（色谱法、光谱法等）和分子鉴定等方面对麦冬的鉴定方法进行了总结，以期为麦冬及其相关产品的研究和应用提供参考。 |

| Ophiopogon japonicus has a wide range of pharmacological effects , which has the functions of nourishing yin and mois- tening the lungs . With the increasing demand for Ophiopogon japonicus in the market , the adulteration or mixing of Ophiopogon ja- ponicus is becoming increasingly serious . At present , there are many confused varieties of Ophiopogon japonicus in the market. Thus , it is important to establish the identification methods of Ophiopogon japonicus , to ensure the safety of clinical use and the quality control. This paper summarized the authenticity identification methods of Ophiopogon japonicusfrom the aspects of trait identification , microscopic identification , physicochemical identification (chromatography , spectroscopy , etc . ) , in order to provide reference for the research and application of Ophiopogon japonicus and its related products . |
