| 佤医“八气六元”和傣医“四塔五蕴”理论根植于族群文化，是关于疾病的病因、病机、病理转化的理论，文章对二者的内涵进行了系统论述，并从哲学思想内涵、各元素之间的从属关系、对人体生理和病理的解释，以及用药经验四个方面将二者进行比较，旨在探讨佤医“八气六元”和傣医“四塔五蕴”之间的异同，探索二者的结合点和交叉点，有助于促进双方的交流和发展。 |

| The theory of “eight qi and six Yuan ”in Wa medicine and “Four pagoda and five accumulation ”in Dai medicine is rooted in ethnic culture and is a theory about the etiology , pathogenesis and pathological transformation of diseases .This paper system- atically discusses the connotation of the two and compares them from four aspects : the connotation of philosophical thoughts , the rela- tionship between various elements ,the explanation of human physiology and pathology , and the experience of drug use . The purpose is to explore the similarities and differences between “eight qi and six yuan ”of Wa medicine and “four pagoda and five accumulation ” of Dai medicine , and to explore the combination and intersection of the two , which is helpful to promote the communication and devel- opment of both sides . |
