| 性早熟的发病率逐年升高，中医药治疗越来越受到大家的重视。脾肾作为生长发育的关键脏腑，在性早熟的治疗中起到重要作用。文章通过分析脾肾两脏的生理功能、病理变化及两脏之间的相互作用，提出本病的病机为阴虚火旺、脾虚痰结、痰湿内蕴，治疗上应以滋阴补肾、健脾化湿为治则，并加以医案佐证，以期在临床治疗中达到更好的效果。 |

| The incidence of precocious puberty is increasing year by year , and traditional Chinese medicine treatment has attracted more and more attention. The spleen and kidney , as the key organs for growth and development , play an important role in the treatment of precocious puberty. By analyzing the physiological functions and pathological changes of the spleen and kidney and the interaction between the two organs , this paper proposes that the pathogenesis of this disease is yin deficiency and fire , spleen deficiency and phlegm condensation , phlegm and dampness , and the treatment should be based on the principles of nourishing yin and nourishing the kidney , strengthening the spleen and dissolving dampness , and supporting it with medical cases , in order to achieve better results in clinical treatment. |
