| 文章阐述程丑夫教授在临床上运用柴平煎加减化裁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的经验。程丑夫教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎可归属为中医学的“胃脘痛”范畴，肝胃气郁、湿热瘀阻为其基本病机，久病耗伤正气伴有脾气亏虚，临床以疏肝理气和胃、清热燥湿化瘀为主要治法，辅以健脾益气扶正，用药上予柴平煎进行临证加减，临床疗效颇佳。 |

| Elaborate on Professor Cheng Choufu,s experience in clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis using Chaiping de- coction with modifications and modifications . Professor Cheng Choufu believes that chronic atrophic gastritis can be classified as “epi- gastric pain ”in traditional Chinese medicine , with liver and stomach qi stagnation , damp heat stasis as its basic pathogenesis . Pro- longed illness can damage the normal qi and lead to spleen qi deficiency. The main treatment method is to soothe the liver , regulate qi and stomach , clear heat , dry dampness , and remove blood stasis , supplemented by strengthening the spleen , nourishing qi , and sup- porting the body. In terms of medication , Chaiping Decoction are used for clinical modification , and the clinical efficacy is quite good. |
