| 女子禀阴主静，且阴中有阳，肝体阴而用阳，藏泄共体，刚柔相济，故女子发病，当首究于肝。秦国政教授基于“女子肝为先天”的理论，提出多囊卵巢综合征发病应主责之于肝，次责肾、脾及胞宫；并认为应顺其发病特点，标本同治，予疏肝益肾养血以扶正治其本，行气活血化痰以祛邪治其标，使胞宫恢复正常怀孕的功能。笔者从“母子相生，精血同源”“木疏土而脾滞已行”“气血不足，冲任失养”三个方面论述女子肝为先天与多囊卵巢综合征导致不孕的关系，并举隅应用当归芍药散合三甲二陈汤加减取得显著疗效的临床案例。 |

| The woman has a quiet Yin ，and there is Yang in the Yin. Liver body Yin and use Yang，collection and drainage body，rigid and soft. So the woman disease，when the first study in the liver. Based on the theory of “female liver is congenital ”，Professor Qin Guozheng proposed that the pathogenesis of PCOS should be mainly attributed to the liver，and secondary to the kidney， spleen and uterine cell. It is suggested that we should follow the characteristics of the disease and treat the specimens with the same treatment. We should treat the root of the disease by promoting liver and kidney and nourishing blood ，and remove the evil by remo- ving phlegm to restore the normal function of pregnancy. From the three aspects of “mother and child birth，essence and blood homolo- gy ”，“wood thinning soil and spleen stagnation ”，“insufficient qi and blood，Chong Ren loss ”，the relationship between female liver congenital and polycystic ovary syndrome caused by infertility，and share the use of Danggui Shaoyao Powder and Sanjia Erchen Decoction to reduce the clinical cases achieved remarkable effect. |
