缺血性脑卒中是一种脑血管常见病,主要是指脑血管堵塞引起的缺血缺氧性脑部损害。黄芩苷是从中药黄芩中提取出的一种单体物质,目前已经有实验研究表明其可以减轻脑缺血后的神经损害,且进行了相关的机制研究。文章将从抗凋亡、抗氧化、抗炎、调节自噬、防止血脑屏障损伤5个方面,综述目前黄芩苷对脑缺血后神经保护作用的研究进展,以期为其临床应用提供理论依据。 |

Ischemic stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease , mainly referring to ischemic hypoxic brain damage caused by cerebral vascular blockage .Baicalin is a monomer extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi .At present ,experimental studies have shown that it can reduce the neurological damage after cerebral ischemia ,and related mechanism studies have been carried out.This article will review the research progress of Baicalin on neuroprotective effect after cerebral ischemia from five aspects:anti apoptosis ,antioxidant ,anti - inflammatory ,adjusting autophagy activation and resisting blood - brain barrier damage ,in order to provide theoreti- cal basis for its clinical application. |
