| 通过高级检索以及关键词检索，查阅中国知网、维普、万方、中国医学文献服务系统等相关数据库近五年发表的关于“糖尿病相关性失眠”以及“消渴不寐”等的文献资料加以分析。简述了糖尿病相关性失眠的病因病机、辨证分型、中医内治法和中医其他治疗方法。明确了中医药在治疗糖尿病相关性失眠临床中具有简便验廉的优势，梳理了糖尿病相关性失眠的治疗方案，以期为中医药治疗糖尿病相关性失眠提供新的诊疗和研究思路。 |

| Through advanced search and keyword search ,the literature on“diabetes - related insomnia ”and “Xiaoke insomnia ” published in relevant databases such as CNKI , Weipu , Wanfang and China Medical Literature Service System in the past five years was analyzed.The etiology , pathogenesis ,syndrome differentiation , TCM internal treatment and other TCM treatment methods of diabetes - related insomnia were described briefly. This paper clarified the advantage of TCM in the treatment of diabetes - related insomnia ,and sorted out the treatment plan of diabetes - related insomnia , in order to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for the research and treatment of diabetes - related insomnia by TCM . |
