目的:研究湘桂新木姜子的化学成分。方法:用硅胶吸附、聚酰胺吸附、重结晶等方法对湘桂新木姜子化学成分进行分离,并根据化合物的理化性质及1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从湘桂新木姜子乙酸乙酯部位中分离和鉴定出8个化合物,分别是圣草酚(1),芹菜素(2),金圣草黄素(3),樱花素(4),槲皮素(5),山柰酚(6),乔松酮(7),木犀草素(8)。结论:化合物1~8均为首次从湘桂新木姜子中分离得到。 |

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Flavonoids from Neolitsea hsiangkweiensis.Methods The chemical constituents of Neolitsea hsiangkweiensis were repeated by silica,gelpolyamide column chromatography and recrystallization , and the structures of compounds form the plant were identified on the basis of physicochemical characteristics by 1H - NMR , 13C - NMR , MS spectrum. Results 8 compounds were isolated and elucidated from the ethyl acetatel extract of the Neolitsea hsiangkweiensis.Which were Eriodictyol (1),Apigenin (2),Chrysoriol (3),Sakuranetin(4),Quercetin (5), Kaempferol (6),Pinostrobin (7),Luteolin (8).Conclusions These 8 compounds were separated from Neolitsea hsiangkweiensis for the first time. |
