      目的：提升接骨草的质量标准，为接骨草药材的质量控制及临床应用提供科学的评价标准和依据。方法：采用显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别(TLC)法对接骨草进行定性鉴别；HPLC法测定绿原酸含量；参考《中国药典》2020年版，对17批不同产地的接骨草药材进行性状鉴别、水分、灰分及浸出物检查。结果：显微鉴别特征明显，可见气孔、木纤维、韧皮纤维、具缘纹孔导管和螺纹导管等。TLC与绿原酸对照品在相同位置上显相同颜色的斑点，斑点清晰、分离度好、专属性强。17批接骨草药材的性状特征相似；水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分含量分别不得超过13%、18%、3%,浸出物含量不得低于13%。绿原酸在0.0126~0.2016mg/mL范围内线性良好(R2=0.9999),平均加样回收率为96.68%,RSD值为1.31%,接骨草中绿原酸含量不得低于0.05%。结论：初步完善了接骨草质量标准，该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可为接骨草质量评价提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective Improve the quality standards for Jiegucao and provide scientific evaluation standards and basis for the quality control and clinical application of Sambucus javanica. Methods Qualitative identification of Sambucus javanica was carried out using microscopic identification and TLC method; HPLC method for determining the content of chlorogenic acid; Referring to the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia , 17 batches of Sambucus javanica from different origins were identified for their properties , moisture content , ash content , and extracts. Results The microscopic identification features are obvious , with visible stomata , wood fibers , phloem fibers , bordered pore ducts , and threaded ducts. TLC and chlorogenic acid control samples exhibit spots of the same color at the same location , with clear spots , good separation , and strong specificity. The characteristics of 17 batches of Sambucus javanica medicinal herbs are similar; The content of moisture , total ash , and acid insoluble ash shall not exceed 13% , 18% , and 3% respectively , and the content ofleachable matter shall not be less than 13% . The linearity of chlorogenic acid is good within the range of 0.0126 - 0.2016 mg/mL (R2 = 0. 9999) , with an average sample recovery rate of 96. 68% and an RSD value of 1 . 31% . The chlorogenic acid content in Sambucus ja- vanica should not be less than 0.05% . Conclusion Preliminary improvement of quality standards for Sambucus javanica , which is simple , accurate , and reproducible , and can provide a reference basis for the quality evaluation of Sambucus javanica.
