| 膝骨关节炎是一种以关节软骨退行性变和关节周围骨质增生为病理特征的临床常见骨关节疾病，严重影响患者的生活质量。苗医学将其归属于风类疾病范畴，认为各种外毒客于经络骨节留而不去，日久蕴结成内生毒邪闭阻肢体关节经脉引起气血逆乱、脏腑功能失调是导致本病的病因病机核心所在。文章基于苗医理论从“毒乱”及“四大筋脉”观点阐释膝骨关节炎的发病机制及以“驱毒调乱为要，通气散血为法”的诊疗思路，为临床治疗膝骨关节炎提供多元化的指导及理论基础。 |

| Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical bone and joint disease characterized by articular cartilage degeneration and periarticular bone hyperplasia,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Miao medicine classifies it into the category of wind diseases,and believes that all kinds of external poisons stay in the meridians and bone joints and do not go,and over time accumulate endogenous poisons and evils to block the meridians of the limbs and joints,causing qi and blood reversal,and visceral dys- function are the core of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease.Based on the theory of Miao medicine,this article explains the pathogenesis of knee osteoarthritis from the perspectives of“poison disorder”and“four major muscles and veins”,and the diagnosis and treatment idea of“detoxification and disorder control,ventilation and blood dissipation”,so as to provide diversified guidance and theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis. |
