| Abstract:In recent years ,the vigorous development of social economy has greatly changed the dietary structure of people .People get satisfaction in food ,but also bear the high risk of overweight , obesity and various chronic metabolic diseases .An increasing num- ber of people choose extreme fasting as a means to achieve weight loss ,but due to a lack of professional knowledge and scientific guid- ance,it often leads to a series of health issues . |
