| 从王好古的脾胃学说探讨其治疗脾胃病的理论及实践经验时，发现王好古以阴阳为纲，从阴阳、三焦、脏腑辨治脾胃病，注重脾胃病中脾胃阴证的辨治，重视脉诊在脾胃病尤其脾胃阴证方面的运用，善于从三焦气化、脏腑生克制化等方面论治脾胃病。相应治法以温阳为主，方药以顾护脾胃为要寒温并用。其独到的见解有助于提升中医生在临床上对脾胃病的辨治能力。 |

| From Wang Haogu's theory of spleen and stomach to discuss his theory and practical experience in the treatment ofspleen and stomach diseases, it is found that Wang Haogu takes Yin and Yang as the key line, pays attention to the differentiation andtreatment of spleen and stomach Yin syndrome in spleen and stomach diseases, pays attention to the application of pulse diagnosis inspleen and stomach diseases, especially spleen and stomach Yin syndrome, and is good at treating spleen and stomach diseases fromthe aspects of three - jiao pneumatization and zang - fu generation and control. The corresponding treatment is mainly to warm Yang,and the prescription is to take care of the spleen and stomach to combine cold and warm. His unique insight is helpful to improve theclinical differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. |
