| 支气管扩张症是呼吸科常见病之一，其主要临床症状为咳脓痰和（或）反复咯血。中医将其归属于“肺痈”范畴，其主要病机以肺脾两虚为本，痰热胶结为标，其发病特点虚实夹杂。张华主任注重运用“中和”的组方思想，重视经方的临床运用，将中医经典与现代药理相融合，发挥中医药治疗支气管扩张症的独特优势。 |

| Bronchiectasis is one of the common respiratory diseases, and its main clinical symptom is coughing up pus and spu-tum and (or) repeated haemoptysis. In Chinese medicine, it belongs to the category of "Lung Carbuncle", and its main pathologicalmechanism is based on the deficiency of lung and spleen, with phlegm – heat agglutination as the symptom, and its pathogenesis ischaracterised by the mixture of deficiencies and realities. Director Zhang Hua pays attention to the idea of “neutralisation" in formu-las, emphasises the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) prescriptions, integrates TCM classics with modern pharma-cology, and brings into play the unique advantages of TCM in the treatment of bronchiectasis in a combination of time and space. |
