| 亚临床甲状腺功能减退症是内分泌科常见疾病，由于早期无明显临床症状，患者容易忽视而延误诊治，此病可持续存在，也可发展为临床甲减。已有研究证实，亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与血脂异常、糖尿病、冠心病等多种疾病的关系密切，故在早期应积极预防治疗，防止其并发症的发生与发展。疏调气机汤为云南省首位国医大师，云岭疏调学派的奠基人张震教授自拟的疏调人体气机的基础方剂，具有疏肝解郁、调补脾肾、理气和血之功，临床用于治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退症，疗效甚佳，在此介绍两则验案，以飨同道。 |

| Subelinical hypothyroidism is a common disease in endocrinology. Because there are no obvious clinical symptoms inthe early stage, it is easy to be ignored by patients and delayed diagnosis and treatment. Studies have confirmed that subelinical hypot-hyroidism is closely related to dyslipidemia, diabetes, coronary heart disease and other diseases. Therefore, active prevention andtreatment should be taken in the early stage to prevent the occurrence and development of its complications. Shutiao Qüji Decoction isthe basic prescription of dredge and adjust the body Qi machine by Professor Zhang Zhen, the first master of traditional Chinese medi-cine in Yunnan Province and the founder of the Shutiao School of Medicine in Yunling. It has the functions of soothing the liver and re-lieving depression, regulating and tonifying spleen and kidney, regulating qi and blood. It has been clinically used in the treatment ofsubelinical hypothyroidism with good curative effect. |
