      目的:基于传统水煎煮工艺,优选益骨方的提取工艺。方法:以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以总黄酮醇苷、淫羊藿苷、干浸膏量为指标,经熵权法权重后综合评分,采用L。(3+)正交试验优选益骨方最佳提取工艺,并验证。结果:最佳提取工艺为煎煮3次,每次加药材12倍量水煎煮1.0h。结论:该提取工艺稳定、可行,可作为益骨方的提取工艺指导生产。
英文摘要:
      Objective To optimize the extraction process of Yigu recipe based on traditional decoction process. Methods The ex-traction process was optimized by the L, (34) orthogonal test, with the amount of water added, extraction time and extraction frequencyas the investigation fators, and with the total flavonol glycosides, icariin contents and solid mass as the comprehensive evaluation indi-cators. Results The optimal extraction processes were as follows: the solid - water ratio was 1:12, extracting three times, each time for1.0 h. Conclusion The extraction process is stable and feasible, which can provide a reference for the development of Yigu recipe.
