| 痛症是以疼痛为主要表现的一类疾病，在临床中较为常见且治疗效果一般。近年来，广大医家对于壮医经筋理论的研究为痛症的治疗开辟了新的思路。壮医经筋“因结致痛”“以痛为腧”的理念为痛症的治疗提供了独特的思路和简洁高效的手段。“通结除瘀”则从壮医经筋理论的角度，通过寻结-通结-除瘀的临床治疗思路，对痛症进行诊治。笔者从壮医经筋理论来探讨痛症，以期为使用通结除瘀疗法治疗此类疾病提供思路方法，用以指导临床实践。 |

| Pain syndromes, characterized primarily by pain, is a prevalent clinical issue with generally moderate treatment effi-cacy. In recent years, research on Zhuang medicine tendons therapy has paved the way for innovative treatment strategies for Pain syndromes. The theoretical frameworks of "pain induced by structural impediments" and "pain as a response to acupuncture points" inZhuang medicine tendons therapy offer unique perspectives and efficient methods for treating Pain syndromes. The clinical treatmentapproach of "promoting circulation, resolving structural impediments, and eliminating stasis" is employed from the perspective of Zhuang medicine tendons therapy. This involves a diagnostic and therapeutic process of identifying structural impediments, promoting circulation, and resolving stasis for treating Pain syndromes. The author explores Condition Pain syndromes through the lens of Zhuang medicine tendons therapy, aiming to provide insights and methodologies for employing the Tongjie Chuyu approach in the clinical management of such diseases, with the goal of guiding clinical practice. |
