| 带状疱疹后遗神经痛是皮肤科常见的疾病，指带状疱疹皮疹愈后3个月以上，遗留持续性、阵发性针刺样或烧灼样的疼痛。贾敏教授认为本病属标实本虚、虚实夹杂之证，多因湿热蕴结肌肤、气血亏虚、瘀血阻络、毒邪流窜经脉所致，采用龙胆泻肝汤加减化裁结合透刺夹脊穴治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛，收到了显著的疗效。文章主要介绍贾敏教授从肝论治带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床经验，以期为中西医结合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛提供新的诊疗思路。 |

| Postherpetic neuralgia is a common dermatologic disease. It refers to persistent, paroxysmal needle - like or burningpain lasting more than 3 months after the herpes zoster rash has healed. Professor Jia Min believed that this disease was a syndrome ofdeficieney of standard substance and deficieney of substance mixed with deficiency and substance, which was mostly caused by damp-ness – heat accumulation of skin, deficiency of qi and blood, blood stasis and toxin and evil flowing through meridians. The treatmentof postherpetic neuralgia with Longdan Xiegan Decoction combined with transacutic Jiaji point was remarkably effective. This articlemainly introduces the clinical experience of Professor Jia Min in treating postherpetic neuralgia from the perspective of liver, in order toprovide a new clinical reference for TCM treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. |
