| 溃疡性结肠炎在临床治疗上存在病情易反复发作、迁延不愈的问题，运用中医药治疗该病具有疗效佳、副作用少、复发率低等优势。文章总结了曹吉勋教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临证经验。曹吉勋教授认为溃疡性结肠炎之本责之“先后二天”失调，临床治疗强调以调养先后二天为本，在自拟主方基础上根据临床常见的脾虚湿热、肝气乘脾、脾肾阳虚3种不同证型辨证加减。文章另附验案1则，以资佐证。 |

| Ulcerative colitis (UC) has the problem of relapse and procrastination in clinical treatment, the application of tradi-tional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease has the advantages of good curative effect, few side effects and low recurrencerate. This paper summarizes Professor Cao Jixun's clinical experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis, Professor Cao Jixun thinksthat the primary responsibility of ulcerative colitis is the imbalance of kidney and spleen, clinical treatment emphasizes on nourishingspleen and kidney. On the basis of the self - made main prescription, according to the common clinical syndrome types treat ulcerativecolitis, such as dampness hyperactivity due to Spleen Deficiency, spleen deficiency being subjugated by liver, Dampness – heat due toSpleen Deficiency, kidney yang deficiency. A medical record is attached to the article to prove it. |
