| 代谢组学技术是一门新兴的组学技术，应用代谢组学技术研究中药化学成分，通过分析化学成分，从而鉴定药材、指导中药种植生产、优化道地药材产区、合理用药部位区别、保证炮制工艺科学、鉴定药物活性成分。将代谢组学应用到作用机制的探究，通过对代谢物的分析探究单味中药和中药复方的作用靶点及通路。中药的发展需要先进技术的支持，代谢组学的整体观念与中医药不谋而合，代谢组学技术与中药的结合，为中药的研发与应用提供了依据。文章从运用代谢组学技术研究中药有效成分及运用代谢组学技术研究中药作用机制两方面进行阐述。 |

| Metabolomies technology is a new technology. It applies metabolomics technology to study the chemical composition oftraditional Chinese medicine. By analytieal chemistry, we ean identify medicinal materials, guide the planting and production of tradi-tional Chinese medieine, optimize authentic medicinal material production areas, differences in rational drug use sites, ensure scientifieprocessing technology, identification of active ingredients in drugs. By analyzing the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine, accurately grasp the material basis for its effectiveness. Metabolomics can also be applied to explore the mechanism of action,and the target and pathway of action of traditional Chinese medicine formulas and single herbs can be explored through the analysis ofmetabolites. The development of traditional Chinese medicine needs the support of advanced technology. The overall concept of metabolomics coincides with traditional Chinese medicine. The combination of metabolomics technology and traditional Chinese medicine pro-vides a basis for the development and application of traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, two aspects of studying the effectivecomponents of traditional Chinese medicine by metabolomies and the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine by metabolomics are discussed. |
