| 垂花香薷是云南特有的地方药和苗族习用药，对治疗流行性感冒引起的肺炎的疗效已得到初步证实，但其抗流感的中医内涵尚未见论述。通过追溯垂花香薷的民族药物背景、现代药理研究，考察其植物形态特点、性味、归经、功效等，发现垂花香薷味辛苦，性凉，入肺经，具有特殊香气，主要以枝、叶、花入药，是少有的兼具“辛味”的清热解毒药，单味药切合“治上焦如羽”内涵中“以轻去实”的治疫中医纲领，且兼解毒之功，可截邪深入。总的来说，垂花香薷治疗瘟疫具有特殊中医内涵，分析其中医治疫思路，可为防治流感新药开发研究和临床治疗提供参考。 |

| Elsholtzia penduliflora is a local medicine unique to Yunnan and a traditional medicine of the Miao nationality and hasbeen preliminarily confirmed for the treatment of pneumonia caused by influenza. However, its anti - influenza TCM connotation hasnot been reported yet. By tracing the ethnic medicinal background and modern pharmacological research of the vines, and investigatingits plant morphological characteristics, nature and flavor, etc., it was found that the vines have a bitter taste, are cool in nature, enterthe lung meridian, and have a special aroma. The flowers of the branches and leaves are mainly used as medicine., is a rare heat –clearing and detoxifying drug that has both a "spicy" taste. A single drug is in line with the traditional Chinese medicine program of“removing the excess with lightness" in the connotation of "treating Jiao Ruyu". In general, the treatment of plague by Agustasia vul-garis has special traditional Chinese medicine connotations. The analysis of the ideas in treating the epidemic will provide a referencefor the research and clinical development of new anti – influenza drugs. |
