| 膝骨关节炎是骨伤科常见疾病，其发病时多表现有疼痛、活动受限等，对患者日常生活及工作造成了极大的影响。临床多采用中西医结合治疗，疗效不一。壮医把膝骨关节炎称为 “骆芡”，通过 “天地人三气同步”理论进行辨证施治，临床屡获良效。故文章基于壮医 “天地人三气同步”理论探讨膝骨关节炎的辨治，以期为临床诊治膝骨关节炎提供理论支持。 |

| Currently, knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common osteoarthritis in orthopedics and traumatology, which has thehighest incidence rate and the greatest impact on patients' daily life and work. When it occurs, it often presents with pain, limitedmobility, and has a great impact on patients'daily life and work. Clinical treatment often uses a combination of traditional Chinese andWestern medicine, with varying therapeutic effects. Zhuangyi referred to knee osteoarthritis as “Luo Yan" and treated it based on thetheory of “synchronization of the three qi of heaven, earth, and human", with good clinical results. Therefore, this article explores thedifferentiation and treatment of knee osteoarthritis based on the theory of “synchronization of the three qi of heaven, earth, and hu-man", in order to provide theoretical support for clinical diagnosis and treatment of knee osteoarthritis. |
