| 目的：评价中医针灸治疗骨质增生的疗效和安全性。方法：由2名研究者对中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库以及中国维普全文数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、PubMed、CochraneLibrary、Embase、Web of Sci-ence进行文献检索，检索时间为建库至2023年2月25日。采用Cochrane 5.1.0版偏倚风险工具对纳入文献进行文献质量的评估。通过对文献进行筛选、提取基本信息及对纳入文献的质量进行评价后，使用RevMan5.4.1软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入15项随机对照试验（RCT）研究，共1448例患者。Meta分析结果显示，中医针灸治疗可提高骨质增生患者的治疗效果[OR=4.91,95%CI（3.34,7.22）,P<0.00001],减轻患者的疼痛[MD=-1.57,95%CI（-2.13,-1.01),P<0.00001],降低功能障碍的程度[MD=4.63,95%CI(3.10,6.17),P<0.00001],提高活动能力[MD=-4.82,95%CI（-7.83,-1.81),P=0.002],提高硬骨素水平[MD=0.99,95%CI（0.63,1.35),P<0.00001],提高血清DKK1水平[MD=0.75，95%CI（0.63，0.87），P<0.00001]。结论：中医针灸治疗可提高骨质增生患者治疗效果，缓解疼痛，增强机体功能，提高患者的生活质量，提高血清硬骨素、DKKI水平，降低功能障碍程度，并且具备一定的安全性。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hyperplasia of bone.Methods A literature search was conducted on CNKI, Wanfang Database, VIP, CBM, PubMed, CochraneLibrary, Embase andWeb of Science by two researchers. The retrieval time is from February 25, 2023. The Cochrane 5.1.0 version of bias risk tool wasused to evaluate the literature quality. After literature screening, basic information extraction and quality evaluation of the included lit-eratures, meta – analysis was performed using RevMan 5. 4. 1 software. Results A total of 15 randomized controlled trials (RCTS)were included, involving 1448 patients. The results of meta - analysis showed that acupuncture and moxibustion could improve thetherapeutic effect of patients with hyperplasia of bone [OR =4. 91, 95% CI (3. 34, 7.22), P < 0. 00001], ease the pain of pa-tients [MD = -1. 57, 95% CI ( -2.13, -1.01), P < 0. 00001), reduce the extent of the dysfunction [MD = 4. 63, 95% CI(3.10, 6. 17) . P <0.00001], improve activity ability [MD = -4.82, 95% CI ( -7.83, - 1.81), P =0.002], improve thelevel of osteosin [MD =0. 99, 95% CI (0. 63, 1. 35), P <0. 00001], increased serum DKK1 level [MD =0.75, 95% CI (0. 63,0. 87), P <0. 00001] . Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the therapeutic effect,relieve pain, enhance body function, improve the quality of life of the patients, increase the level of serum osteosin and DKK1, re-duce the degree of dysfunction, and has a certain degree of safety. |
