| 血管内皮功能障碍是动脉粥样硬化发生和进展中的关键因素，其引起的心脑血管相关疾病，目前在我国死亡原因中居于首位。通过回顾相关文献，分析中药单体及其复方制剂防治动脉粥样硬化的作用和机制，得出中药在保护血管内皮细胞抗动脉粥样硬化方面存在多角度、多层次、多靶点等作用优势，但具体成分之间的相互作用及其机制等仍需更进一步的研讨，进一步明确中药保护血管内皮细胞抗动脉粥样硬化的作用及其机制也将是未来研究的重要方向。 |

| Vascular endothelial dysfunction is a key factor in the occurrence and progression of atherosclerosis, and the cardiovas-cular and cerebrovascular related diseases caused by it are currently the leading cause of death in our country. By reviewing relevant lit-erature and analyzing the effect and mechanism of TCM monomer and its compound preparation on preventing atherosclerosis, it is con-cluded that TCM has multi – angle, multi – layer and multi – target action advantages in protecting vascular endothelial cells againstatherosclerosis, but the interaction between specific components and their mechanism still need further research. It will also be an im-portant direction of future research to further clarify the role and mechanism of Chinese medicine in protecting vascular endothelial cellsagainst atherosclerosis. |
