      腰椎间盘突出症作为腰背痛和坐骨神经痛最常见的原因之一，给个人和社会带来了沉重的负担。中医综合疗法在腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗中占据重要位置，但其作用机制有待进一步研究。文章通过浅析中医综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的相关作用机制，为中医综合疗法进一步应用于腰椎间盘突出症的防治提供参考和依据。
英文摘要:
      As one of the most common causes of low back pain and sciatica, lumbar disc herniation brings a heavy burden to indi-viduals and society. TCM comprehensive therapy plays an important role in conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation, but itsmechanism of action needs further study. This paper analyzes the relevant mechanism of TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment oflumbar disc herniation, and provides reference and basis for the further application of TCM comprehensive therapy in the prevention andtreatment of lumbar disc herniation.
