| 目的：应用Meta分析探讨浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：计算机检索2021年9月1日之前所有公开发表在中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据库（WanFang）、维普数据库（VIP）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、PubMed、Cochrane Library中的所有关于浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的随机对照试验的文献。根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献，进行资料提取和质量评价，用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：最终纳人11篇文献，涉及病例927例。Meta分析结果显示：试验组的总有效率高于对照组[RR=1.13，95%CI（1.05，1.21），P=0.0008]，视觉模拟疼痛（VAS）评分低于对照组[MD=-1.27，95%CI（-2.11，-0.43），P=0.003]，日本骨科协会评估治疗分数（JOA）优于对照组[MD=3.30，95%CI（0.25，6.35），P=0.03]，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05），有1项研究报告了不良反应。结论：浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有一定疗效性，但受纳入文献的质量及方法学限制，本次研究结论后期仍需更多前瞻性、多中心、大样本的随机对照试验进行验证。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Fu's subcutaneous needle in the treatment of Lumbar dise herniation by Meta – a-nalysis. Methods All Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) on Fu's subeutaneous needle therapy for LDH published on CNKI, Wan-Fang, VIP, CBM, PubMed and Cochrane Library before September 1, 2021 were searched by computer. According to the inclusionand exclusion criteria, the literature was sereened for data extraction and quality evaluation. Then, the Meta – analysis was performedusing Revman5. 3 software. Results 11 randomized controlled studies were included eventually, ineluding 927 patients. The results ofmeta – analysis showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group [RR =1. 13,95% CI (1.05, 1.21), P=0.0008], the visual analog score (VAS) of the experimental group was lower than that of the controlgroup [ MD = - 1. 27, 95% CI ( - 2. 11, - 0. 43), P =0. 003 ], the Japan Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment score(JOA) of the experimental group was better than that of the control group [MD = 3.30, 95% CI (0.25, 6.35), P =0.03], thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and there were 1 study reported adverse reactions. Conclusion Fu's subeutaneousneedle is effective in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation, which can effectively improve patients' pain and quality of life. However,due to the quality and methodological limitations of the included studies, the conclusions of this study still need to be further verified bymore prospective, multicenter and large sample randomized controlled trials. |
