| 胸痹心痛是以胸闷胸痛，甚则气短、喘促不得卧为症的一种心系疾病。该病在临床治疗上存在发病率逐年增加等问题，中医药治疗具有减少发病率及死亡率的优势。文章总结了何长国主任治疗胸痹心痛的临证经验，其认为心肺两脏关系不外乎解剖经脉相关、气血营卫相关、阴阳五行相关，针对病因病机，阐明生理病理特点，并提出宣肺化痰、温肺散寒、肃肺利水、补肺益气法治疗胸痹心痛，取得了较好的临床疗效。 |

| Xiongbi Xintong is a kind of heart disease characterized by chest tightness, even chest pain, shortness of breath, andinability to lie down. In clinical treatment, the incidence of this disease is increasing year by year. Traditional Chinese medicine treat-ment has the advantage of reducing the incidence and mortality. The article summarizes the clinical experience of Director He Chang-guo in the treatment of chest pain and heartache. Director He Changguo believes that the relationship between the heart and lungs isnothing more than the relationship between the anatomy of the meridians, the relationship of qi, blood, nutrition, and the five elementsof yin and yang. The lung –resolving phlegm, warming the lung and dispelling cold, purging the lung and promoting water, and invig-orating the lung and replenishing qi have achieved good clinical curative effect in the treatment of chest pain and heartache. |
