| 文章就近年来有关肺结核合并糖尿病的诊断与治疗研究进展进行了探讨。本文根据国内外有关肺结核合并糖尿病的文献资料，结合临床实践，发现肺结核和糖尿病是两种疾病的共同作用，其中肺结核是引起糖尿病的主要原因，而糖尿病又是引起结核病的危险因素，两者一旦同时出现会给临床治疗增加很大的难度。早期发现、正确诊断和合理的治疗可减少结核病的发生率。此篇综述从肺结核合并糖尿病发病机制、临床诊断、治疗方法及营养调控等方面来进行探讨，以期为各位同道提供参考与借鉴。 |

| This article discusses the research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated withdiabetes in recent years. In recent years, the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes has been increasing year byyear, posing a great threat to the physical and mental health of the human body. Based on the domestic and foreign literature about pul-monary tuberculosis combined with diabetes, combined with clinical practice, it is found that tuberculosis and diabetes are the jointeffects of two diseases, of which tuberculosis is the main cause of diabetes, and diabetes is a risk factor for tuberculosis. At the sametime, it will increase the difficulty of clinical treatment. Early detection, correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment can reduce the in-cidence of tuberculosis. This review discusses the pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis, treatment and nutritional regulation of pulmonarytuberculosis complicated with diabetes, in order to provide reference and reference for fellow colleagues. |
