| 紧张型头痛是临床常见的头痛类型，其患病率不断提高。文章回顾了近5年中医辨证论治紧张型头痛相关文献，简述了六经辨证、脏腑辨证、六淫辨证、七情辨证、气血津液辨证、经筋辨证等常用于紧张型头痛的辨证论治思路。中医疗法在紧张型头痛的临床治疗中具有较快缓解头痛、改善生活质量、减少不良反应等优势。指出未来应在高质量临床实践基础上建立统一的辨证论治标准，并更多关注患者负面情绪。 |

| Tension - type headache is a common type of headache and its incidence is increasing. This paper reviewed the relatedliteratures of TCM syndrome differentiation and treating about tension – type headache in recent 5 years, This paper briefly describesthe syndrome differentiation treatment ideas commonly used for tension – type headaches, such as the Six – Meridian Syndrome Differ-entiation, Zang - Fu Organ Syndrome Differentiation, Six Excesses Syndrome Differentiation, Seven Emotions Syndrome Differentia-tion, Qi – Blood – Body – Fluid Syndrome Differentiation, Meridian Musculatures Syndrome Differentiation and so on. Analysis showsthat TCM therapy has the advantages of relieve headache quickly, improve quality of life and reduce adverse reactions in the clinicaltreatment of tension – type headache. Pointed out that we should establish a unified standard for syndrome differentiation and treatmentbased on high quality clinical practice, and pay more attention on patients'negative emotions. |
