| 六经学说源于汉代张仲景。六经头痛即以六经理论为基础，将头痛分为六经辨证论治。为归纳六经头痛的特点，探讨六经辨治头痛理论发展，总结六经辨治头痛的研究概况，现以六经并且头痛、六经头痛并且辨证论治、六经辨证并且头痛等为检索式在中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库等文献检索数据库中对2015年-2021年这六年间的六经辨治头痛的相关文献进行整理。认为六经辨治头痛可指导头痛的中医治疗，目前研究多集中于经方、针药结合、外治法的研究与应用，后续研究可往六经头痛传变和六经头痛引经药等方向上发展，使得研究方向和研究内容更具有多样性和综合性，让六经辨证更好的指导头痛的临床治疗。 |

| The theory of six Channels originated from Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty. Based on the theory of six channels, headache is divided into six channels. In order to summarize the characteristics of the six channels headache, discuss the development of the theory of treating headache by the six channels, and summarize the research situation of treating headache by the six channels, In this paper, the literature related to headache differentiation and treatment of six channels, headache with syndrome differentiation and treatment of six channels, headache with syndrome differentiation and treatment of six channels, headache with syndrome differentiation and treatment of six channels, etc. are sorted out in literature retrieval databases such as CNKI and Wanfang Database during the six years from 2015 to 2021. Think six-channel treating headache can guide the headache of TCM treatment, the present study focused on by the parties, the research and application of combination of acupuncture with medicine and external treatment, follow-up studies can be to six-channel headache change and philosophical headache lead the development direction, such as medicine, makes the research direction and research content are more diverse and comprehensive, let six-channel differentiation better guide the clinical treatment of headache. |
